Our Brentwood Videographer Process

1 — Contact Us

Contact us by calling us at (615) 323-3126 or by contacting us online. We will briefly discuss your needs and walk you through our approach, process, and the next steps. This initial call typically lasts 15-30 minutes.

2 — Fill Out an Intake Form

After making an initial contact with you, we will provide with you a Customer Intake Form. This is to be completed before our formal strategy meeting, where we will discuss your best options to make your project success and a proposal of service from the Alpyne team.

3 — Planning Meeting (Preproduction)

Once you select us as your Nashville videographer, we will then coordinate with you and your team the necessary shots, scripts, lighting, and equipment selection for your unique project. This is what differentiates an experienced Nashville videographer from a novice.

4 — Film Your Project (Production)

The most exciting yet chaotic part of the process, production. We roll in the professional cinema-quality equipment, crew, and a directors eye to your location. We’ve filmed in many complex Nashville settings, including venues, showrooms, to corporate suites downtown, to luxury condos, and live stages. We operate efficiently and professional and require low profile uniforms to ensure successful filming on location.

5 — Postproduction & Delivery

After we film at your location, we then proceed into editing, color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and final export. This is all handle in-house at our Nashville office. You’ll then receive a review cut before final delivery, and we work with you through revisions until the final product is something you’re looking for and to put your name on it. Deliverables are handed over in ready-to-go publishing formats including social media, website, trade show screens, or broadcasts.

Meet William D. Ortlieb

William D. Ortlieb is the lead producer at Alpyne Strategy. He has spent more than the past decade in media, film, and the marketing industry working with both local and national brands, including Estes Services in Atlanta, Hermitage Kitchen Gallery in Nashville, Woods Air Movement in Murfreesboro, and more.

Under his mentorship, he ensures our team and media professionals serve local Nashville businesses and tell stories in creative and innovative ways that go beyond traditional visual storytelling.

William is a Middle Tennessee native and holds a double Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Economics from Hobart College in Geneva, NY.
